I told you it would happen; any code can be cracked given enough time and effort. Of course, if the guy thinks he's done a huge favor to iTunes customers he should think again. Now Apple is probably going to come out with some new ubercode that's even more restrictive and will only work on the newest iPod models, and who do you think they are going to pass the development costs on to?
I'm not saying I'm surprised. I just wanted to see if Icould get some discussion going.
I naively thought that they would be pleased because then non-ipod people could start buyingtheir music... but instead i see they will simply be pleased for another profitable reason: new restrictive uber code. Ah well.
