Really Good Easy Healthy Meal:

You need: 3 cloves garlic, 1 red pepper, extra firm tofu, teriyaki sauce, 1 can baby corn, extra virgin olive oil, rice.

Set rice to cook in pot or cooker.

in frying pan, fry up 1/2-2/3 of tofu in nice slices in splaSK OF TERIYAKI
Grate garlic into pan add micro-splash of olive oil, sizzle for a bit
add red pepper
then add the drained corn

heat up, then hold on simmer until rice is done. Occassionally stir.
